Our mission is to make language learning accessible, efficient, and dynamic, and for this, we have incorporated advanced technological tools that constantly improve the learning experience.

We integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an essential resource for our students, as we believe it can transform the way they learn and progress.
MSW AI ASSISTANTS
We use AI to set up support bots that not only answer questions but also enable conversational practice for our students. Additionally, AI helps us manage internal data and optimize resources, ensuring that each student receives the necessary support quickly and efficiently.
Artificial intelligence is transforming education, allowing for new approaches that were previously not possible. At My Simple Wording, we use AI not just as an assistance tool, but as a fundamental ally to optimize learning, make it more accessible, and accelerate the language acquisition process. Our goal is to integrate advanced technology to provide more dynamic, effective learning experiences tailored to each student's needs.
Speed and Performance: Our Next Step
We are developing an innovative internal technological system at My Simple Wording. An Advanced Processing System or Dynamic Intelligence Matrix, which centralizes our knowledge and data collected by both AI assistants and teachers. This system covers every aspect of our courses, study materials, and pedagogical resources, providing an external and independent processing space. This system acts as a complementary structure that enhances the capacity of our AI assistants, significantly improving their speed, accuracy, and overall performance.
- Extreme speed: Currently, with OpenAI, responses can take 2 to 5 seconds with AI + TTS/STT in real-time (response times may be slightly longer in cases of high demand or complex queries). With our system fully operational, the response time of our AI assistants should be around 100 milliseconds to 1 second – and in real-time!
- More complete and developed responses: Our system will allow for more complete and detailed responses, improving the quality of the interaction.
- Adaptive system: This system is being designed to be adaptive and capable of growing, improving its performance over time.
- MSW "in house" system: It will allow us to offer very comprehensive AI support products, with more support hours at a price significantly lower than the competition.
